Shipping Policy

Every order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner in the order it comes in.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery

After processing, delivery takes a further 7–11 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is normally 8–14 business days.

We know that is slower than a same-week delivery, and we would rather tell you here than surprise you after checkout.

Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, get in touch and we will chase it for you.
