About Us
Unclench sells one thing: a magnesium complex you take in the evening.
We started it because supplement shopping is exhausting. Twelve tabs open, forty labels, and a dozen claims you cannot check. Worst of all, most magnesium bottles quietly tell you the wrong number — they print the weight of the compound instead of the mineral, so "400 mg" often turns out to be around fifty.
So we cut it down. One product. Four forms of magnesium — bisglycinate, citrate, malate and taurate. 400 mg of elemental magnesium, the real figure, printed on the panel with no proprietary blends. One tablet, in the evening, as part of winding down.
There is nothing else in the shop, and there is not meant to be. If it is not for you, we would rather you closed the tab than bought something you did not need.
