Return Policy

The short version

If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will fix it. You do not need to argue with us.

Damaged, incorrect or missing

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full. You will not be asked to ship anything back.

Changed your mind

Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first — do not send anything back before we reply, as we will need to give you the correct return address. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was wrong or damaged.

For safety reasons we cannot accept opened or partially used supplement bottles. This is standard across the industry and is not something we can make an exception on.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us confirming them.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter processing. Once processing has started we cannot pull the order back, but the return terms above still apply.
